Our qualitative research strategies are designed to help clients develop winning messages, validate survey research findings, and explore the feelings behind the numbers. Many quantitative studies leave the client with more questions about what is behind the data — “What is the real meaning behind the respondents´ survey answers?” We probe for these answers, and get real results. Every project begins with a client interview to develop the proper research strategy to satisfy the client´s research goals and objectives. Our qualitative research product offerings include focus groups, internet surveys, intercepts, in depth interviews, and one on one interviews.
In addition, we have developed strong relationships with vendors across the nation to augment our service offerings. One of these services is moment to moment tracking which enables the client to see real-time data during the course of a focus group session. During this type of project respondents are given keypads that they use to input emotional responses while watching ads, presentations, speeches, and virtually any other type of recorded material. We have experience conducting this type of research on winning campaigns across the country.
